BRATTLEBORO — The Inclusion Center will host a series of workshops with theater teachers and mentors from the Theatre Adventure Program of New England Youth Theatre.
The workshops will teach theater exercises that promote a positive group experience and give participants an opportunity to both enjoy and lead group activities. Join us for some introductory theater fun. This is a great chance to learn and practice leadership skills while enjoying a variety of theater activities.
These workshops are scheduled for Oct. 12, 19, and 26 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. The workshops will be held at the Inclusion Center located at St. Michael's Episcopal Church, Lower Level, 16 Bradley Ave.
There is no cost to attend the workshops, but participants will be asked to complete a short registration form when they come to the Center. All interested persons are invited to attend and are encouraged to come to all four sessions.
This program is funded through the Vermont Developmental Disabilities Council with in-kind support from the New England Youth Theatre.
The Theatre Adventure Program is an inclusive theater program for youth and adult actors with developmental challenges. The Inclusion Center is a free, drop-in activity center by and for all people with disabilities, medical concerns, and interested community members.
