BELLOWS FALLS — The public is invited to “Bellows Falls 3rd Friday” on Oct. 20, from 4 to 8 p.m., an opportunity to stroll through various venues in Bellows Falls and vicinity for art, music, literary events, food, and late-night shopping.
“BF3F” is back with renewed energy and has the following events scheduled for Friday:
• Flat Iron Exchange hosts Putney artist Fiona Morehouse with her exhibit, “Home is Where The HeART is.” An artist reception takes place from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
• Village Square Booksellers will host Newfane author Archer Mayor, talking about his 28th book in the Joe Gunther mystery series, Trace, at 7 p.m.
• River Artisans will be open until 7 p.m., serving cookies and cider.
• Sherwin Art Glass is open at 33 Bridge St. from 5:30 to 8 p.m. with demonstrations and refreshments.
• Windham Antiques will have a exhibit of Victorian-era hair jewelry.
• Popolo will host bobbing for apples on the deck (unless raining), with mulled cider and pints of beer.
• M&M Carriage House Creations will be open until 7 p.m.
• Greater Falls Farmers Market, at 33 Bridge St., will be open from 4 to 7 p.m.
• Cafe 7 hosts the Scott J. Mason art show, plus live music and light dinner fare until 7 p.m.
• Anastasia's Closet will be open until 7 p.m.
