I wondered what was happening there. This is absurd and outrageous! A developer seeking to construct homes that close to I-91 would very likely be required by the town and/or the state to screen the building from the highway with plantings. I wonder if the removal of the trees and buffer might be in violation of Brattleboro land-use regulations.
