Rock Voices presents its winter concert

BRATTLEBORO-Join director Bob Thies and Rock Voices for an evening of choral music. Rock Voices is backed up by a full, professional rock band. Add to that the harmonies of Tony Lechner's arrangements, sung by a 50-voice choir.

The concert will be held at Centre Congregational Church, 193 Main St., on Friday, Jan. 17, at 7 p.m. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. There will also be a raffle to raise money for Project Feed The Thousands.

Rock Voices represents "everything that is wonderful about the greater Brattleboro area: a sense of community, a love of music, and a desire to share that joy with others," said organizers in a news release.

This season's music includes songs by Foreigner, Radiohead, Toto, Taylor Swift, Billy Joel, Natalie Cole, Plain White T's, The Association, The Spinners, George Michael, The Monkees, and more.

Admission is $20 for adults, $15 for seniors, and $10 for students. Children 12 and under are admitted free of charge. Tickets will be available at the door or online at bit.ly/798-rock.
