GUILFORD-I am writing to voice my support for Zon Eastes to be the State Representative from Guilford and Vernon (Windham-1).
Zon is a good and a thoughtful listener. He will carry our concerns up to the State House and address the issues facing our towns. He is committed to addressing issues, such as preserving our environment, investing in education, developing a vibrant rural economy, and seeking solutions to the state's housing crisis. And he will work to find solutions to the high cost of property taxes.
Zon is serving as Guilford's Selectboard chair. In that role, he works hard to deal fairly and openly with any and all issues. He will continue to bring that energy to Montpelier, and he will also collaborate with other legislators on both sides of the aisle.
We are so lucky to have such a strong candidate, ready to roll up his sleeves and advocate for us.
