BRATTLEBORO — I am grateful to the voters of District 2 in Brattleboro for once again electing me to represent you in the Vermont Legislature.
It is truly a privilege to do so.
I want to thank you for getting to the polls in such high numbers. Many voted early, and others on Election Day. The citizen engagement was wonderful to witness.
I want to thank my campaign “buddies” who walked the streets and knocked on doors with me. It was such a pleasure to spend time with you.
As I canvassed this fall, I experienced the basic decency and kindness of people in our town. I enjoyed seeing the various walkways, beautiful gardens, and decorated doorways of your houses.
I heard about your neighborhoods, the problems that need attention, and the highlights that exist. I appreciated the conversations I had with old friends and new acquaintances. We truly have a wonderful community.
I hope to fulfill the trust you placed in me as your representative in Montpelier.
