WILMINGTON — I, for one, am still royally pissed off at the Democratic National Committee for its disgraceful handling of Bernie Sanders' campaign. He was the person to back and support for the presidential nomination.
Your assessment of the state of the Democratic Party is right on. I would not support either of the two major-party candidates, and am still amazed how anyone could vote for a person like Donald Trump.
I understand why people voted for him, but the things he's said and done are deplorable. Hillary Clinton was the status quo - nothing new there.
Bernie had it all: the fire, the stamina, the forward thinking, the real person who stood for the change this country needs.
