BELLOWS FALLS — The Vermont Division of Emergency Management and Homeland Security (DEMHS) will host a series of ice jam/spring flood summits across the state in the first part of March.
The purpose of the meetings is to update city and town officials on the local flood outlook, and to review state resources that are available before, during, and after a flooding event or other disaster.
This is the second year DEMHS has hosted the summits.
