BRATTLEBORO — Youth Services will host its annual Summer Camp Fair & Youth Expo on Friday, April 5, on Gallery Walk from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Robert H. Gibson River Garden.
In addition to showcasing many summer camp providers, the event features many musical performances. The public is encouraged to take advantage of this great opportunity to arrange a fun-filled summer for their children.
“Our Summer Camp Fair & Youth Expo gives parents the chance to register their children for many of the camps listed in our Summer Resources Calendar in one convenient location,” notes Julie Davenson, Youth Services' executive director. “We offer the Camp Fair and Youth Expo as a public service to make it easier for parents to make arrangements for their kids' summer vacation.”
Parents will be able to pick up information about and register their children for nearly two dozen summer camp programs at the Camp Fair & Youth Expo.
Participating organizations include Adventure Camps at Grafton Pond, Bonnyvale Environmental Education Center, BCTV Newsmakers Video Camp, Brattleboro Recreation & Parks Department, Brattleboro School of Dance, Camp Bushido, Camp Waubanong, Grafton Ponds, Green Mountain Camp for Girls, Kroka Expeditions, Magical Earth Retreats, Meeting Waters YMCA, New England Center for Circus Arts, New England Youth Theatre, River Gallery School Art Camp, River of Life Camp, Summer Fun at Hilltop Montessori School, and The Grammar School.
