OK, OK, Central America is not perfect, but the people there have respect for the family and each other. They are not militarized as a culture. The young are educated and healthy, and it has been my experience that they are a happy crowd for sure.
They have much respect for the land and live very simple lives rich in daily colors, flavors, and natural happenings.
If you want to be in a country that has the sort of freedom we haven't seen since the 1950s, that would work for me.
Just the spot I would love to retire in.
